Product Replacement Policy
In the event of a qualifying rupture of a MENTORTM Silicone Gel Product, Mentor will replace the product with any style implant, free of charge, for the lifetime of the patient. In the event of an unexpected qualifying deflation of a MENTORTM Saline-filled Breast Implant, Mentor will replace the product, free of charge, for the lifetime of the patient.
